Maria Bartiromo - the American television journalist and broadcaster who was the very first to broadcast live directly through the New York Stock Exchange - is known for several of her highly successful shows. A broadcasting veteran with over two decades of experience in reporting about business and economy she was instrumental in the establishment of television channel CNBC as being among the topmost in the business and economy segment. Maria's highly successful journalism profession suggests she was born for journalism. As a teenager, Maria was unable to determine what profession she would pursue. Maria was likely to one day wish to become a musician, then be an interior designer. She fell in love with the thrilling world of journalism, and has never looked at a different direction. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has been an American actress in the film industry television and stage since the end of the 1970s. Talented as a thespian, she's been actively involved in professional theatre for the last 27 years. Her career began in 1990 in an off Broadway show called The Big Funk, by John Patrick Shanley. In the following year she was cast in her first television role, The Perfect Tribute. Her career started when she was commissioned for a part in Basic Instinct. The Firm is where she began her career as a female actor in the film alongside Tom Cruise & Gene Hackman. Through the 90s Gwyneth worked together with Hugh Grant on Mickey Blue Eyes as well as Julie Andrews for Relative Values. In recent times, she played Dr. Alex Blake (a police procedural-crime drama) in Criminal Minds.
